Bloom Studio
Introduction
Bloom Studio is a creative tech studio dedicated to delivering innovative and imaginative tech projects. This summer the studio is producing Sprout, a 3D-animated short film. Set in a serene forest clearing, Sprout follows the journey of a newborn tree spirit as it struggles to discover its purpose in life. Through its moving character arc and stylized visuals, Sprout explores the idea that growth is a cyclical, challenging, and fundamental part of life.

Avery would like to express her gratitude to the Computer Science faculty at Camosun College, whose mentorship played a significant role in her growth as a programmer and artist. Avery hopes to work as a 3D texture artist or modeller. She looks forward to expanding her technical and creative skills in future projects.

Avery Peterson
(3D Artist)Sprout was created and developed by Avery, an interactive media developer with a passion for art and storytelling. During her studies, she built a strong foundation in programming and 3D asset development. She expanded these skills through a summer position at Camosun Innovates, where she gained valuable experience applying technical and creative workflows. Sprout is dedicated to her late cat, Bruce, whose comforting presence guided her through every project challenge.
