CAPS Lock
Introduction
Team CAPS Lock is proud to be working with BC Public Service on the Client Satisfaction Tool (CST), a common service (a standardized IT service that helps multiple business units) that can be integrated across all government applications. The CST provides a consistent and flexible way for teams to collect user feedback on a wide range of services and processes. Government applications serve thousands of British Columbians every day, but gathering meaningful feedback about specific user experiences can be difficult. To address this challenge, we developed CST to enable application teams to create tailored feedback forms and embed them directly into their applications. This allows teams across the BC Government to collect targeted feedback, better understand user experiences, and identify opportunities to improve services. While CST includes tools for managing forms and viewing responses in a meaningful way, its primary purpose is to provide a reusable service that can be implemented across BC Government applications to support continuous improvement of services.
