Straight Shot Solutions

ICS+IMD

Introduction

Straight Shot Solutions is a team of passionate Information and Computer Systems (ICS) students dedicated to building practical, user-centered software. This summer, we are partnering with Three Trees Technical to develop the Heritage Movement Archive, a platform designed to help cultural organizations preserve, organize, and share historical dance records. Many cultural dance groups rely on decades of videos, documents, and other archival materials to pass traditions on to future generations. However, these records are often difficult to manage and access. The Heritage Movement Archive addresses this challenge by providing a centralized, user-friendly platform that helps preserve these valuable cultural resources while making them easier to organize, search, and share for educational and cultural continuity.

Acknowledgements

We would like to sincerely thank Three Trees Technical for entrusting us with the development of the Heritage Movement Archive and for giving us the opportunity to apply and grow our skills through this project. We are grateful for their guidance and collaboration throughout the process. As Straight Shot Solutions, we look forward to seeing this platform support cultural communities in preserving their heritage and are excited to continue building meaningful, impactful software in the future.
