Introduction

WorkInProgress is a student Capstone team partnering with iCare Village, a Victoria-based home care service provider focused on supporting older adults at home. Our project is an AI booking assistant designed to make the service request process simpler and easier to complete. By combining backend development, database integration, and user-focused conversation design, our team is building a guided booking experience that supports iCare Village's existing workflow.
