Introduction
The annual Capstone Symposium showcases the achievements of Camosun’s senior Electronics & Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering Technology students. Over the past 14 weeks, the students have worked to develop real-life hardware and software solutions to solve some very interesting challenges.
You are invited to attend this year’s event held in the Center for Trades Education & Innovation building at the Interurban campus on December 15th from 10:00AM-2:00PM.
This website contains information on the teams and their projects that will be on display at the Capstone event. We hope that you will take the time to visit the booths, as the students will be very pleased to talk with you about their projects.
Both Camosun’s Electronics & Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering Technology programs offer leading-edge education and training in both hardware and software design. Students develop the skills necessary to analyse problems and develop solutions using a combination of both hardware and software. Graduates of these programs can choose to work in a variety of fields with leading-edge local companies whose products are sought after worldwide. Students can also choose to enter our engineering bridge program that transfers to 3rd year at UVIC. We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate this years Capstone Students on creating some very impressive projects.
