Iain has held leadership roles in a number of leading technology companies including: Vice-President and General Manager of Total Care Technologies a division of Ad-Opt Technologies Inc., Chief Operations Officer of Sonigistix Corporation, Chief Executive Officer of AutoMed Corporation and Vice President Operations of Ballard Power Systems Inc.

Iain is a graduate of the Harvard Business School (1986) and the Imperial College of Science and Technology (London, 1978).

Chris Coldwell founded Mercurial Communications Inc. in 1996. His company has been recognized three years in a row as one of the Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies in Canada by Profit Magazine. For the past two years, Mercurial has received the Business Excellence Award from Victoria's Chamber of Commerce.

Mercurial's clients include Boeing, Microsoft and AOL-Time Warner as well as Advanced Book Exchange, City Victoria, Better Business Bureau and local small business.

Chris has extensive experience in the IT and consulting field and has worked on a variety of private and public sector projects in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. He set up Mercurial to be the company that can tackle the hard stuff that other IT companies can't.

Chris' chief talent is his ability to envision, lead and implement business and technology solutions for his clients. He uses a creative approach to software engineering and business solutions. He has achieved an enviable track record for successful delivery. Chris' "can do" attitude is best summed up in his familiar expression: "How hard can it be?"
